Ontario To Open Applications For Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream

Last Updated on October 21, 2020

Ontario immigration says it will open to applications for the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream on Wednesday, October 21.

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program stream is aimed at candidates with a job offer under National Occupational Classification 0, A or B, with two years of work experience in the last five.

An Ontario immigration statement warned that when the intake limit had been met, the online filing system would automatically stop accepting applications. The statement said Ontario is expecting a significant number of users to access its online system.

Ontario is requiring each application to be submitted with the most recent version of the Employer Form completed and dated no earlier than October 21. This is to ensure all the information contained on the form is current.

“Including an Employer Form completed and dated prior to October 21, 2020 or failing to provide a current job offer will result in your application being returned as incomplete,” an OINP statement said.
